We genuinely want to hear from you — what went well, what didn't, and what we should change. Every submission is logged, actioned by a real person, and reported back to you. You can also lodge an appeal against an assessment decision you disagree with.
Your rights.
Every RTO must have a complaints & appeals process you can use without fear of disadvantage.
If you're not happy with our response, you can escalate to ASQA at
asqa.gov.au/complaints.
Lodging here doesn't waive that right.
